Blossoming Ballerinas Parented (ages 1-5) WINTER - FRIDAYS 10:45-11:15am ST. ALBERT, AB

A fun and imaginative dance class awaits as your little dancer steps into the amazing world of ballet. Classical ballet steps will be taught intertwined with imaginative storytelling, delightful music and free movement. 

This class will focus on fundamental movement skills including locomotion and traveling skills as well as stability and balance. It also promotes physical fitness including: flexibility, agility, co-ordination, strength, and cardiovascular respiratory endurance. 

The class ends with a chance for the dancers to use their creative skills by working on ways to use their bodies and facial expressions to create stories with dance along with their parents, extended family or friends so they feel safe and guided in learning! 

No dress code required for this class. Students are welcome to wear comfortable clothing, bodysuits and tights, tutus, etc. Ballet slippers or bare feet are recommended.
